At CMEx, we strive to encourage efficient and mutually-beneficial partnerships with our vendors.

Collaborating with small businesses makes good business sense for everyone by increasing competitiveness, contractual performance, and the bottom line. Our collaboration with small businesses allows them access to CMEx vast cross-functional and cross-industry resources.

This portal delivers collaborative tools and resources for existing vendors and enables prospective vendors to showcase their expertise for consideration in future teaming opportunities with CMEx.

Registered vendors get direct access to portal's vendor management tools and resources:

  • Submit invoices for electronic payment
  • View purchase order and payment information
  • Request additional partnership opportunities
  • Collaborate with our team using email and teams platform
  • Easy submit annual certifications and other required paperwork

    Whether you are looking to partner with CMEx for the first time or have a long-standing relationship with us, all vendors (both prospective and existing) who are not yet registered in the portal are required to do so.

    Once you have registered for a user account, you will be given the opportunity to create a profile for your organization/self or request to be associated with an organization that has already completed a profile. The first person to register an account for an organization will be granted Vendor Administrator privileges. The Vendor Administrator will have access to manage the company’s profile and access for other portal users. Registering for an account as a prospective vendor on the CMEx Vendor Portal does not guarantee work with CMEx or automatically assume a partnership. If an opportunity arises that might be a good match, you will be contacted by a member of the CMEx team.
